​We are pleased to announce that Belinda Wiggins, has transitioned from Managing Director to Executive Chair. Belinda has been the driving force behind BWS for close to 20 years, turning it into a leader within the Commercial and Non-Profit (NFP) sectors with a particular focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Belinda's leadership has earned BWS a strong reputation built on trust, integrity, and excellence.

It has been an incredible journey leading BWS over the past two decades. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together, building a firm that is considered a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. As I step into the role of Executive Chair, I am excited to continue contributing to BWS in a new capacity. I am confident that under John's leadership as Managing Director and with Dan's strategic vision as the new owner, BWS is poised for continued success and growth. I look forward to this next chapter and the opportunities it will bring for our clients, team, and partners.

In line with our commitment to sustained excellence, we welcome John Wallis as the new Managing Director of BWS. John joins us from Blue Bike Solutions and brings over 20 years of experience in the HR and recruitment sector. John’s focus will be client engagement, team leadership and ensuring operational excellence.

I am truly honoured to step into the role of Managing Director at BWS, a company with a proud legacy in the recruitment industry serving the NFP, Aged care, Health, Community, Disability and commercial sectors. I have long admired and respected Belinda for her leadership and vision, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with her as she transitions into her new role as Executive Chair. Her guidance and insight will be invaluable as we move forward.

I am equally excited to work with Dan, whose recent acquisition of the company marks a new chapter in the BWS journey. His expertise in business strategy will undoubtedly help strengthen our position and drive further growth. Together, we are committed to building on the strong foundation that has already been established, and I look forward to what the future holds for the BWS Team.

Dan’s experience in strategy, marketing, and innovation will be used to further enhance the excellent service already provided to BWS clients. Dan’s key role as owner will be to identify gaps and opportunities and setting the business up for sustainable growth.
