Specialising in digital, website design, brand development, and online marketing, the agency has established long-term relationships with clients across Australia and globally. With a high-performing team and a culture centred around collaboration, innovation, and passion, the agency is now looking for an experienced person to support their General Manager and onsite team.
In this role you will be the cornerstone of the agency's success, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will span across managing financial and administrative processes, overseeing job costing, preparing quotations, and providing valuable support to the General Manager and team with various ad-hoc functions. - Track cash flow, overdue invoices, and financial reports
- Assist with BAS submissions, financial data analysis, and cost-saving strategies
- Job costing and preparing quotations
- Support office admin, proposals, quotes, and team organisation
- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Proficiency in Xero, or a similar package would be ideal
- Advanced Excel, expertise
- Strong payroll and tax compliance knowledge
- Exceptional communication, and organisational skills
