Our client, a long-established mid-sized firm located on the city fringe, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Secretary and Administrator.    Key Responsibilities:                                           
  • You will be responsible for delivering client-focused company secretarial and corporate governance support to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Drafting and submitting ASIC forms for changes to company details.
  • Conducting ASIC, title, and PPSR searches for internal audit and accounting teams.
  • Preparation of annual company statements and corporate compliance documentation.
  • Managing business name registrations and renewals.
  • Invoicing and billing related to corporate secretarial services.
  • Assisting with administration tasks to support the accountants.
   Requirements:
  • Must have 3 plus years’ demonstrated experience in Corporate Secretary role, ideally within a professional accounting firm.
  • Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements.
  • Have outstanding attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of clients in a busy role
  • Must have demonstrated experience using BGL CAS 360. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and friendly demeanour.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
