- You will be responsible for delivering client-focused company secretarial and corporate governance support to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Drafting and submitting ASIC forms for changes to company details.
- Conducting ASIC, title, and PPSR searches for internal audit and accounting teams.
- Preparation of annual company statements and corporate compliance documentation.
- Managing business name registrations and renewals.
- Invoicing and billing related to corporate secretarial services.
- Assisting with administration tasks to support the accountants.
- Must have 3 plus years’ demonstrated experience in Corporate Secretary role, ideally within a professional accounting firm.
- Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements.
- Have outstanding attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of clients in a busy role
- Must have demonstrated experience using BGL CAS 360.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and friendly demeanour.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
