You are a leader with exceptional SME experience able to demonstrate:
- A history of inspiring your people to deliver both outstanding client outcomes and superior creative performance, combined with a culture built on teamwork
- Your ability to lead from the front, mentor, coach and develop the next generation of leaders, empowering them to become confident decision-makers.
- The capacity to comprehend the bigger picture and the action orientation to execute – to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Applying both entrepreneurial thinking and an analytical approach to filtering ideas and opportunities.
- Practical experience of the nuances of a privately-owned business, including successful direct engagement with the shareholders.
- Proven track record of successful strategy execution, business development and ability to constantly fill the business pipeline.
- Currently working within the Australian marketplace in a similar or related industry, would be ideal.
- A proactive, hands-on leader with strong experience in sales and commercial roles.
