Core Duties:
- Collaborate with business units, participate in strategic planning, and implement key HR initiatives
- Engage in local M&A and global HR projects, ensuring smooth operations and HR governance
- Assist with Employee Relations, maintain communication with employees, provide HR advice, and address issues like conflict resolution
- Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, and manage employment documentation
- Support managers with performance management including performance planning, set up improvement plans, and implement training programs
- Ensure HR practices comply with regulations and assist in policy development
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and support system optimisations
- Proven HR advisory experience with strategic HR understanding
- Good working knowledge of Workday
- Project management experience in HR-related projects
- Strong communication and HR support skills
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent management, and performance processes
- Knowledge of HR compliance and policy development
