As Management Accountant, you will work closely with the CFO to manage the organisation's financial and corporate services, including budgeting, forecasting, systems, and reporting. You will play a key role in helping the organisation achieve its strategic goals while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team onsite with limited supervision, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.

Core duties
  • Collaborate with the CFO to oversee financial health, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and deliver precise financial reports across departments.
  • Manage key financial systems like payroll and accounting, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team onsite, driving performance, building financial literacy, and ensuring autonomy in operations.
  • Champion system improvements and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency across the board.
Qualifications and Experience
  • CA/CPA qualification with hands-on financial management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively, with minimal supervision, ensuring seamless operations and team growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills – you can explain complex financials to anyone!
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with MYOB and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
