An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced and dynamic executive office. This permanent position supports the Executive Director – Legal, Risk & Corporate Affairs, as well as the broader Executive Team, playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across the Finance, Legal, and Property portfolios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative and executive support, including calendar/inbox management and meeting coordination
- Preparing professional reports, presentations, and communications
- Managing domestic/international travel and expense reconciliation
- Coordinating committee and board meetings, papers, agendas, and follow-ups
- Supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement with discretion and professionalism
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at C-suite level
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Experience in governance support, travel coordination, and budget tracking is highly regarded
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or sport
- Familiarity with Ungerboeck or Diligent Board Books
